Ground floor: Air-conditioned double living room with sofas and a dining area, TV, and Wi-Fi. / Indoor pool.
- Separate fully equipped kitchen: 5-burner gas hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, and dishwasher. / Laundry room with washer and dryer / Billiard room / Separate toilet.
Upstairs:
- 2 large air-conditioned bedrooms with 1 double bed (160x200) with an en-suite shower room + toilet and private terrace.
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with 1 double bed (140x190) with an en-suite shower room. - 1 small, non-air-conditioned living room with a double sofa bed (140x190 cm) and a separate bathroom.

In Arcachon, holidays have something magical! You can do everything on foot: go to the beach, the restaurant, the market, the Moorish park, the observatory etc...
or by bike through 220 km of cycle paths which surround the Arcachon basin, visit the coast up to the PILAT dune.
-The tour bus (July and August) or the little tourist train (April to October) will allow you to discover the city.
-Boat trips around the bird island, the tchanquée cabins, or crossing to reach Cap Ferret without forgetting fishing trips, or water sports such as windsurfing, water skiing, surfing, or kite surfing.
