Pleasant T2 apartment of approximately 45 m² on the third floor of a residence with elevator, facing Aiguillon beach with direct access to it. Its terrace with a beautiful view of the Arcachon Bay.
For ease of parking, you have access to secure and private parking.
Its living room with two "Moroccan" style sofa beds which offers you two 80 cm beds (ideal for your children), TV (the accommodation does not have WIFI) and its small dining area, opening onto the beautiful terrace. (There are no roller shutters but blackout curtains).
A separate, fully equipped kitchen with hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
A bedroom with a large 160 cm bed which offers sleeping space for two people and its closet.
A bathroom. And a separate toilet with its hand basin.
Your location will allow you to enjoy the many restaurants in the area but also all the amenities - bakery-pastry chef, butcher, fishmonger, bar-tobacco-press, mini market, pharmacy... Its beach, its cycle path, taxi boats for excursions, diving club, jet ski club, nautical club, boat rental…
