ARCACHON, LE MOULLEAU – AT THE FOOT OF NOTRE-DAME-DES-PASSES CHURCH
Nestled on the garden level of a charming small condominium, with independent entrance and parking, this duplex of approximately 45 m² offers you a beautiful living experience, complete with a terrace and a garden.
On the ground floor, you will find a bright living room/living room facing south, with a corner sofa convertible into a bed (140 cm - 2 beds), a television and a dining area. The American kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator (with freezer section), a microwave and a 4-burner gas stove, washing machine and dishwasher.
On the first floor (around ten steps), a landing leads to a separate toilet, a bathroom and a west-facing bedroom, equipped with a 90cm bed and a 90cm pull-out bed, with access on the porch. A pantry offers practical storage.
The terrace of approximately 12 m² on the first floor, facing west, offers a dominant view of the greenery and the Moulleau district. The garden, facing south and surrounded by greenery, is equipped with furniture for your moments of outdoor relaxation. You can park one or two vehicles in the apartment's driveway.
