In a quiet area located between the Winter Town and Pereire, pleasant little T3 house of around 70 m², air-conditioned, and its large terrace to enjoy outdoor meals with family or friends with its plancha.
Its living room with TV, WIFI and a 140 cm convertible sofa which offers two beds.
Its fully equipped open kitchen with hotplates, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and Nespresso.
A first bedroom with a 140 cm bed for two people. Its bathroom and a separate toilet, then a second bedroom also with 140 cm bedding offering sleeping space for two people. You have a travel cot and a high chair at your disposal.
The washing machine is in the garage, where you can also store your bicycles.
You can park for free on the street, there is no private parking.
Pereire beach is the closest to you to enjoy the Arcachon Bay, organize your swimming afternoons and picnic evenings. Without forgetting the cycle paths for your outings with family or friends.
Le Moulleau will be ideal for a drink at sunset.

Avons loué une maison malheureusement à côté d'un chantier donc nuisances sonores pendant deux semaines

Marteau piqueur camions pelleteuses lapidaire furent nôtre quotidien pendant 15 jours de 7h à 15h donc séjour plutôt mitigé au vu du prix de la location
