Privileged location in the city center (same complex as the Palais des Congrès and the Arcachon Casino) in front of the beach, the Eyrac pier, cycle paths, restaurants, shops, in a luxury residence on the 1st line, SUPERB T3 classified 3-star furnished tourist accommodation in July 2019, renovated on the 3rd floor with elevator, offering a MAGNIFICENT VIEW OF THE BASIN. Comfortable WIFI apartment, ideal for spending a wonderful holiday on the basin: an entrance hall, a perfectly equipped kitchen opening onto a living room with dining area (4 large windows open onto the basin to admire the beautiful sunsets), a bedroom with a view of sea from (king-size bed 160X200cm / bay window overlooking the dining area of the old renovated loggia / see photos), a second smaller bedroom: 7m2 (2 beds of 90X190cm / storage), a bathroom and a toilet . Direct beach access (no road to cross).
Secure individual parking in the basement.
Collective bicycle storage: During the summer period, we do not guarantee the possibility of storing a bicycle in the collective bicycle storage.
Linen not provided, possibility to rent through the agency, 1 pack of 140 sheets + towels = €42/week - 1 pack of 90 sheets + towels = €32/week.
Optional cleaning package = €70.
During winter, heating consumption will be billed in addition to the rent according to meter readings.
