You can enjoy the studio by doing everything on foot: city center, Arcachon market, beaches, restaurants ... and even the train station is 200m away ...

Household linen not provided, possibility to rent via the agency: 1 pack (1 set of sheets + towels) = 42 € / week.
Optional cleaning package = €30.
During the winter period, heating consumption will be billed in addition to the rent according to meter readings.
