The bedroom, facing north, offers a panoramic view of the basin, two single beds (90 cm), cupboards and direct access to the balcony. The living room has a dining area, a double sofa bed (140 cm) and a television. Also enjoy direct access to the balcony offering an exceptional 180° view of the pool. The balcony of approximately 10 m² is equipped with furniture to take full advantage of the setting facing the pool. The bedroom has parquet flooring, while the walls of the living room are covered in stretched canvas. The shutters are electric. Although modest, this apartment offers an exceptional location and view! You also benefit from direct access to the beach from the residence, as well as a private parking space.
