ARCACHON CITY CENTER – T3 280 M FROM THE BEACH AND CLOSE TO THE SNCF TRAIN STATION
This T3 (2 bedrooms) apartment, located on the 1st floor of a luxury residence between the Casino and the SNCF train station, offers a comfortable and practical setting.
As soon as you enter, a closet holds your personal belongings. The separate toilet adds to your convenience. The master bedroom, equipped with a 140 bed, gives access to the east-facing balcony. The kitchen, fully equipped with washing machine, small refrigerator and freezer, 2 ceramic hobs and microwave, also opens onto the east-facing balcony. The bathroom, with bidet, ensures your daily comfort. The living room, including a 140 sofa bed, a television and a dining area, opens onto the west-facing balcony. The second bedroom, with 2 90 beds, also offers access to the west-facing balcony.
A designated parking space is available for a small vehicle (the space is very narrow). The apartment is equipped with an Internet / WIFI box. Amenities such as beaches and shops are in the immediate vicinity.
Pets are not allowed. Household linen is not provided, but can be rented via our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership). Departure cleaning is included, following normal and regular maintenance of the rental during the stay.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement à Arcachon, cependant il faut noter que le voisin est très peu commode et que rien que notre présence sur notre propre terrasse le gênait. L’agence a été très réactive et compréhensive !
