Completely renovated, the house is bright and functional, it offers a beautiful living room with cathedral ceiling (wall screen TV - wifi), a furnished and equipped open kitchen area (dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, vitro hob with extractor hood, electric oven, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc.), a bathroom (with washing machine), two adjoining bedrooms: the first being the one with two 90cm beds, the 2nd equipped with a large bed 140cms.
You benefit from a large private terrace of approximately 30m2, facing North East, equipped with a table with chairs, parasol....
No parking (free streets 500m from the house), being in the heart of the city, you will no longer need your vehicle for the duration of your stay!
NB: a bedroom window upstairs in the neighboring house opens onto the terrace of the house...
