Ideally located, in a pretty residence on the front line with direct access to the beach, BEAUTIFUL T2 cabin of 41m2 completely renovated, with balcony, offering all the comfort desired for a great holiday in the sun, perfect for a couple with two children. Apartment composed of a pleasant living room (TV / WIFI) with a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave etc ...), and its dining area for 4 people, a bedroom (bed 140X190cm), a cabin closed (bunk beds), a bathroom (washing machine / Italian shower / heated towel rail), a separate toilet. Parking space in the basement. Shops and cycle paths close by.
Linen not provided possibility to rent through the agency = 1 pack 140cm (sheets & towels) = €42 per week / 1 pack 90cm (sheets and towels) = €32 per week.
Optional cleaning = 60€.
