This cottage has been built at the back of the owners' house, without any vis-à-vis.
The charm of this old 18th century building, the calm of the large wooded park (fruit trees) will seduce you.
Ground floor: Large entrance/dining/relaxation area opening onto the sunny terrace (garden furniture and barbecue).
Upstairs: Kitchenette (glass hob, electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso machine and filter coffee maker). Lounge area (TV, wood stove). WIFI connection.
