Located in a wooded environment, on the edge of the Meygal forest, this gite is a large detached stone house with 2 pleasant terraces (8 and 9 m²) and a private unfenced lawn of 200 m² with games for children.
Nearby: Blue lake, Lauzière miniature park and Meygal forest on site, St-Julien-Chapteuil 10 km away (church, Jules Romains museum, climbing site, all shops and services). The parents of the owners ensure the reception and make available part of their land in common (1500 m²).
The ground floor consists of a dining room with fully equipped kitchen area, communicating with a large living room with closed fireplace, separate toilet in the laundry room.
The 1st floor is separated into 2 independent modules each comprising 2 bedrooms, [hidden] in total: 3 bedrooms with 1 140 cm bed each and 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds), 1 shower room and 1 toilet on each side.
