You'll be able to enjoy sunny afternoons on the 11m² terrace with its lovely sea view.
The apartment comprises a large living room opening onto the terrace, and a large open, fully-equipped kitchen.
In the sleeping area, there's a pretty master suite with a double bed (160cm), a shower room and toilet. In the second bedroom, there's a double bed (140cm) and, next to it, a shower room with toilet.
A parking space is available in the residence.
