A private bathroom with a bathtub and washbasin.
A shower room with a shower, washbasin, washing machine, and dryer.
You will also benefit from an underground closed garage, an outdoor parking space, and a bike storage room.

EQUIPMENT: vitroceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, TV, iron, and ironing board.

Vue superbe sur le lac, grands balcons, appartement spacieux, lumineux et très bien équipé, stationnement devant ou sous le chalet et ascenseur pour mes parents qui ont du mal à marcher Région magnifique qui permet un grand nombre d&#39,activités sportives, l&#39,eau pure et chaude du lac, les rives du lac heureusement encore libres d&#39,accès, très bonne boulangerie à l&#39,entrée de Faverges, d&#39,excellents fromages... Vivent les spécialités savoyardes, la beauté et la pureté du lac d&#39,Annecy!"
