Accommodation for 8 people adjoining another gîte near a busy street.

Ground floor: Open kitchen equipped with microwave, fridge-freezer, oven, 4 gas burners and dishwasher. A dining room and a living room with 105cm TV and WIFI
A bathroom with Italian shower 85x120cm, washing machine and dryer. Separate toilet.

Upstairs: four bedrooms each with two single beds 90x200cm (no possibility of a 180x2000cm bed). Chair and baby bed on request.
A bathroom with shower cabin 80x80cm and a separate toilet.

Detached garden of 300m² and private terrace and not overlooked with outdoor furniture and barbecue.
Private parking space for 3 vehicles in front of the gîte.

Sheets are provided and energy charges included. End-of-stay cleaning and bathroom linen are offered as an additional option.
