Accommodation for 4 people adjoining another gîte near a busy street.

Ground floor: Kitchen equipped with microwave, fridge-freezer, oven, 4 gas burners and dishwasher. A dining room and a living room with 80cm TV and WIFI
A bathroom with Italian shower 85x115cm, washing machine and dryer. Separate toilet.

Upstairs: two bedrooms each with two single beds 90x190cm (no possibility of a 180x190cm bed). High chair and cot on request.

Non-adjoining garden of 300m² and private terrace not overlooked with outdoor furniture and barbecue.
Private parking space for 3 vehicles in front of the gîte.

Sheets are provided and energy charges included. End-of-stay cleaning and bathroom linen are offered as an additional option. Anne Laure and Patrick invite you to discover their cottage in the Douaisis, in the center of the Douai-Cambrai-Valenciennes triangle. 1km from the Somain exit, from the A21 motorway, which allows you to be 30 minutes from cities like Lille, the spa resort of Saint-Amand-Les-Eaux, Lens, Tournai (Belgium)...
A 2-minute walk away, you can take the tram that will take you to Douai. All local shops are within walking distance (bakery, pharmacy, newsagents, etc.).

During your stay, you will enjoy many local festivals (market, fair, Kopierre festival, etc.). You can also visit the historic mining center of Lewarde (8 km), the Louvre Lens museum (43 km), visit the Douai carillon (23 km), the Arkéos museum-park (20 km), the citadel and underground of Cambrai (20 km, factory tours which are about 30 minutes away by car.
