Welcome to Angresse, a small village on the Landes coast just 7 km from the famous spots of Hossegor, and 5 km from the golf courses. We welcome you to this beautiful and large villa of contemporary architecture of 256m² for a comfortable stay with family or friends all year round. You will appreciate the calm and rest in this residential area with all the water sports, sports and summer activities nearby. Spacious and bright, this vacation rental is laid out on one level and offers you a 60m² living room with flat screen TV, DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 4 burners, an electric oven, refrigerator with freezer), 3 bedrooms (2 king size beds 180x200, 1 bed 140), a relaxation lounge, 2 shower rooms, 3 toilets including one independent, a laundry room (washing machine, dryer), wifi, a back kitchen, a private garage. A private enclosed garden of 1300m² is available as well as a beautiful covered terrace facing south of 30m² with garden furniture, deckchairs and plancha. We have baby equipment. Out of season, we have the possibility to offer you this rental for 4 people (by closing a part of the house including 1 bedroom with 1 bed 180, the living room area, a bathroom with toilet): in this case, a reduction of 100€ per week will be offered to you.

The price includes: 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
