Description of the accommodation

The countryside is green spaces, an old barn restored into a rural gîte to safeguard our heritage and meet you. Here you are between Dax and the ocean, 5 minutes from the Thermes de Saubusse, both nice for a cure or a family vacation. Our Hias I cottage enjoys a lovely view of the meadow and woods that surround it. We will be very happy to guide you in discovering the Landes. Adjoining another on the ground floor, living room with kitchenette, bathroom, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), washing machine, microwave, electric heating, TV, open space, furniture garden, barbecue, terrace. Shared land of 1500 m² with private garden at the gîte. Gîte 500 m from the village center, nearest neighbor other than adjoining: 50 meters. Travel cot and child bath.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
