We offer you for your holidays on the Atlantic coast this magnificent villa with swimming pool for 6 people. In the town of Angoulins sur mer, close to the shops and beaches of Angoulins and Châtelaillon-Plage, just 15 minutes from the city center of LA ROCHELLE.
The villa consists of a large entrance hall serving a pleasant living room and lounge with flat screen TV, a master suite of 20m² (160x200 bed) with bathroom, WC. A fully equipped and fitted kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, 3-burner induction hob, microwave), with a dining room under a veranda opening onto the garden and the swimming pool. A utility room with washing machine and sink.
Upstairs, a mezzanine, two beautiful bedrooms each equipped with a bed (160x200) and a bathroom with WC. Terrace under awning.
It is possible to park a vehicle on the plot, sliding electric gate. The swimming pool is equipped with a protection system by tarpaulin with bars. WIFI access. Enclosed garden.
