You will be charmed by this large stone house, fully equipped for your holiday or business stays, with Wi-Fi access.
The living room, with its large fireplace, television and piano, invites you to enjoy the moment. While having your meals, you can admire the countryside through a panoramic window.
The kitchen opens on one side onto the veranda and on the other onto the living room.
The three bedrooms are upstairs, accompanied by a large bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a walk-in shower. The accommodation offers an outdoor SPA only in July and August, as well as a treadmill in the veranda available all year round.
You will find some games under the courtyard: ping-pong table, boules and racket games and board games inside the cottage.
Activities: The town of Andouillé (2km) is charming, with gentle paths and the possibility of accessing the Mayenne towpath and hiking trails.
