The village and our corner of Burgundy
It is a village of barely 1000 inhabitants, but with all shops and services. Ideally located on the banks of the Armançon river for fishing, located in the center of a route of nearly 100km of the cycle route developed along the Burgundy canal.
Not far from Ancy-le-Franc, it is possible to play golf (15 km), visit some vineyards and taste the red and rosé wines of Burgundy or the famous white wine of Chablis. THE GITE: On the ground floor: Equipped kitchen open to the dining room. The living room with trundle beds (* set consisting of 2 real 90 cm beds), separate toilets and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs: 2 adjoining bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and a sliding wardrobe, the other bedroom with trundle beds and a sliding wardrobe, bathroom with bathtub. Complete baby equipment. Wifi Internet access. Outside and under cover a ping-pong table and a pétanque court. Adjoining the cottage, a former carpentry workshop, keeping some traces of its past, it has become a large space made exclusively at your disposal with games and manual activities for young and old. The 170 m2 garden is enclosed with an arbour, garden table and armchairs, sun loungers and deckchairs, barbecue and a place to park a car. The cottage has 2 entrances, one towards the center of the village of Ancy-le-Franc placing its shops less than 5 minutes away, the other which is also the main access (car) leads to the countryside. At 150 meters, a path offers a walk on the heights overlooking the village and the valley which can be extended by a loop taking the towpath of the Burgundy Canal.

CHARGES AND OPTIONS:
Rental of sheets: single beds €8 / double bed €16 - towels per person: €6 / End of stay cleaning: €50
Electricity and heating: included in a package of 8 kW / day, beyond the package.
Wood heating: 1/8th of a cubic meter free and €5.5 for the additional 1/8th.
1 pet maximum.
Possible exceeding capacity 2 people with supplement 10 € / day (2 Trundle beds of 90).
Accommodation not suitable for professional clients.
