Located in the heart of the city of Ajaccio, in a quiet and residential area with secure parking, close to the market, which is held every day of the week, the Maison Bonaparte and the old Tino Rossi port.

You will be ideally located near the shops and the Saint François beach, only 700m away.

Logement impeccable, très bien situé. Au calme et sécurisé. Très bien pour une famille car assez spacieux et un très beau point de vue de la terrasse.

L'appartement est très bien placé pour accéder au centre d'Ajaccio à pied. Il y a tout de même un petit dénivelé (normal à Ajaccio et obligatoire pour profiter de la vue). La place de parking est un vrai plus. L'agence est ultra joignable et ultra réactive (changement des poêles qui étaient abîmées dans la journée). Literie confortable et cuisine bien équipée. Seul petit bémol : l'immeuble est ancien, on entend beaucoup les bruits du voisinage (notamment les pas du voisin du dessus).

Le logement est idéalement placé, 5 mn du centre, du port, de la plage. Tout peut se faire à pied. Prendre son petit déjeuner avec vue sur le golf d'Ajaccio est un pur bonheur. Le logement est très grand et très bien équipé. Bémols: pas de rideau de douche, pas de rideaux occultants dans la chambre, et système Internet pas pratique (un boîtier: pas de mot de passe, donc je n'ai pas pu connecter ma liseuse). Sinon, vraiment, je recommande.
