Surrounded by meadows, the Locatif des Carrons, the owner's childhood home, has been completely renovated into a contemporary gite with some brightly colored walls. Ground floor: Kitchenette, dining area, living room with fireplace, shower room (walk-in shower), separate toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), toilet. Electric heating and reversible air conditioning upstairs. Electricity according to consumption at the customer's expense. Green space with lawn, terrace at the back of the house with direct access from the kitchen. This rental has a clear view of the countryside and is close to a farm. Cure package (except July and August): €875 for 3 weeks. In July and August €1,200 for 3 weeks. Moulins 19 km. Street Art in LURCY LEVIS (24 km), outdoor activity center dedicated to children "La ferme enchantée" in POUZY-MESANGY (18km). Heating and electricity at the customer's expense, to be paid on site at the end of the stay.
