On the ground floor, there is a living area with a kitchen, a lounge (sofas, TV, internet), and a dining area. Also on this level is a bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm) and an en-suite shower room. There is a separate toilet with a washbasin. Upstairs, the house offers three bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room: two bedrooms with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and one bedroom with three single beds (90x200cm). There is also a separate toilet with a washbasin.

From the living room, you can access the garden where, in the shade of the linden tree, you will find a table, chairs, and a barbecue. The swimming pool (shared with the owners, 10.75 x 4.25 m, 1.20 m deep, chlorine, accessed by steps, secured by a fence) is open from May 15th to the end of September. (Heated pool)
Parking is available on site. Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are included; pool towels are not provided. It's an hour from Bergerac, Montignac (home to Lascaux 4), and Sarlat, a medieval city with exceptional heritage.
