In the center of the village, large independent gîte with ground floor and 1st floor in Comblanchien stone, 2 km from Nuits-St-Georges, ideal for meeting up with family or friends.

On the ground floor: Dining room. Kitchen. Living room with 2 sofa beds. 1 bedroom with a 140 bed. A shower room with WC and a shower room with 2 showers, one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility with its adjoining WC. Separate WC. On the mezzanine 4 beds 90.

On the other side of the gîte, there is a second mezzanine upstairs with a 140 bed, communicating with 3 bedrooms (3 beds 140), a bathroom and a separate WC.

Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, changing mat. Communal playground in the immediate vicinity of the gîte with swing and slide.

Possibility to put bikes in the backyard of the cottage.

Dogs are welcome (1 pet allowed) as long as the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and the cottage facilities are respected. For health reasons, our feline friends are unfortunately not allowed in the cottage. Supplement of €7 per day per animal.

Terrace on enclosed land of 200 m². Storage room. The cottage is accessible to disabled people on the ground floor. Large public car park nearby.
