In the heart of the village, a large, detached cottage with a ground floor and first floor built of Comblanchien stone, 2 km from Nuits-Saint-Georges, ideal for gatherings with family or friends.

Ground floor: Dining room. Kitchen. Pod coffee machine (Senseo). Living room with two sofa beds. One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm). A shower room with toilet and a second shower room with two showers, one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility and has an adjoining toilet. Separate toilet. Mezzanine: Four single beds (90 cm).

On the other side of the cottage, upstairs: Four bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm), a bathroom, and a separate toilet (the landing has been converted into a proper bedroom with a skylight).

Baby equipment: Travel cot, high chair, changing mat. A communal playground with a swing and slide is located right next to the cottage.

Bicycles can be stored in the cottage's backyard.

One dog is allowed for a maximum of €7 per night, provided that the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and the cottage facilities are respected. For health reasons, cats are unfortunately not allowed in the cottage.

Terrace on a 200 m² enclosed property. Storage room. The cottage is accessible to people with disabilities on the ground floor. Large public parking lot nearby.

GR1, GR2 hiking trails, Nuits-Saint-Georges. Cîteaux Forest and its abbey. Château du Clos de Vougeot. A village hall is nearby and can be rented from the Town Hall.
