Any review posted on one of the properties offered on the POPLIDAYS website must comply with the following conditions to be published, otherwise it will not be displayed.
- Any user posting a review on a property must provide their name, phone number, and/or email address to be contacted by our services.
- Only one review per booked stay can be posted, and this must be done by an adult.
- The content of the review must best reflect reality, be clear, and useful to POPLIDAYS users.
- Any review may be modified or removed from publication by request via email to the following address: customercares@poplidays.com
- The review must not contain obscene, abusive, offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content. It must not disclose the identity or contact details of any person or promote non-partner services or products of POPLIDAYS or a competing brand.
- The review must not reveal the geographical location of the property or the price charged.
- The content of the review must not be subject to a claim.
