Absolutely unusable for our party. All the air-conditioning have timers, they automatically turn off after two hours and you have to turn on the timer again for them to work and the timers for the upstairs rooms are by the door downstairs!! We only stayed at the apartment for one night (we booked two) and it ruined my daughter's birthday because we got no sleep. The listing doesn't mention this restriction at all! The wifi also wasn't working. There are also four flights of stairs and no elevator which wasn't clarified in the listing. The owners of the listing are property managers and don't resolve anything until the owner of the apartment responds and they took a whole day to answer back, there was no way to turn off the timers.

The location of the apartment was great and had access to lots of bars and restaurants in Puerto Banus.

The house is in a superb location, with beautiful views. Our stay (five of us including Grandad, Dad, Mum and two teenage daughters) had an amazing holiday at this wonderful house. The views from this house are incredible, if you need somewhere to relax this is definitely an ideal house to choose, would definitely visit again and recommend to friends.

El salón es muy grande y se ven los barcos desde la terraza, tres de las habitaciones muy grandes también y el piso en general muy bien decorado como aparecen en las fotos. Me ha gustado lo accesible que está.
